Remove unused ClientStateAuthenticating
Appears to be leftover from the Kerberos code deleted in 2007
(commit dfbe32b5b8
).
Nothing left ever set clientState to ClientStateAuthenticating
Skipped over 1 to preserve existing enum numbering.
