Added $(MESASRCDIR)/src/mesa/glapi to INCLUDES. Removed $(SERVERSRC)/mi 

from INCLUDES. Rearranged INCLUDES for better readability.
Removed mipointrst.h and miscstruct.h from #include since they are not used
    anymore.
