EXA: Use UploadToScreen() for uploads to glyph cache

When possible, use UploadToScreen() rather than CompositePicture()
to upload glyphs onto the glyph cache pixmap. This avoids allocating
offscreen memory for each glyph making management of offscreen
areas much more efficient.
