randr: ProcRRListOutputProperties(): use SwapShort()/SwapLong()
Simplify reply payload preparation and sendout by using SwapShort() and SwapLong() instead of WriteToClientSwapped() and callbacks. This also allows even further simplifications by using generic macros for the request send path.
