Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 26328f81a9 xfree86: vidmode: unexport noXFree86VidModeExtension and move into extension
This isn't needed by any external module, so no need to export it.
And those flags are better off in the corresponding extension,
instead of the OS layer.

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult b596d329ec xwayland: replace xallocarray() by calloc()
Only key difference that calloc(), in contrast to rellocarray(),
is zero-initializing. The overhead is hard to measure on today's
machines, and it's safer programming practise to always allocate
zero-initialized, so one can't forget to do it explicitly.

Cocci rule:

Make it type-safe and a bit more obvious what it really does,

The CLIENT_ID() macro isn't used by any external modules, so the

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult dda1bb1e95 xwayland: use calloc() instead of malloc()
Using calloc() instead of malloc() as preventive measure, so there
never can be any hidden bugs or leaks due uninitialized memory.

The extra cost of using this compiler intrinsic should be practically
impossible to measure - in many cases a good compiler can even deduce
if certain areas really don't need to be zero'd (because they're written
to right after allocation) and create more efficient machine code.

The code pathes in question are pretty cold anyways, so it's probably
not worth even thinking about potential extra runtime costs.

Olivier Fourdan b97b459c06 xwayland: Update sprite prior to clearing the focus window
Xwayland has its own XYToWindow() handler to account for the case when
the pointer leaves an X11 surface to enter another Wayland native window
(which of course are unknown to Xwayland).

When that occurs, Xwayland will treat it as if the pointer had entered
the root window so that the X11 clients receive an appropriate leave
event.

When the pointer leaves the X11 surface, Xwayland will call
CheckMotion() to update the sprite coordinates and possibly the cursor.

However, CheckMotion() will call back into the XYToWindow() handler,
which will then pretend the window has entered the root window, and that
may cause the wrong cursor to be applied.

To avoid the issue, change the order we do things, by calling
CheckMotion() first prior to clear up the internal focus window so that
the first call to XYToWindow() will return the correct X11 window so we
get to update the cursor correctly.

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult c445167da6 xwayland: no need to use WriteReplyToClient()
The WriteReplyToClient() macro is used for cases where byte swapping
is implemented in a separate callback function (set in a global vector
table). Since Xwl extension doesn't have such a callback, but does the
byte swapping directly in it's request handlers, there's no need to
call the WriteReplyToClient() macro - we can use WriteToClient() instead.

Julian Orth 45c1d22ff6 xwayland: Don't run key behaviors and actions
Consider the following keymap:

```xkb
xkb_keymap {
    xkb_keycodes {
        <compose> = 135;
    };
    xkb_symbols {
        key <compose> {
            [ SetGroup(group = +1) ]
        };
    };
};
```

When the user presses the compose key, the following happens:

1. The compositor forwards the key to Xwayland.
2. Xwayland executes the SetGroup action and sets the base_group to 1
   and the effective group to 1.
3. The compositor updates its own state and sends the effective group,
   1, to Xwayland.
4. Xwayland sets the locked group to 1 and the effective group to
   1 + 1 = 2.

This is wrong since pressing compose should set the effective group to 1
but to X applications the effective group appears to be 2.

This commit makes it so that Xwayland completely ignores the key
behaviors and actions of the keymap and only updates the modifier and
group components in response to the wayland modifiers events.

Olivier Fourdan 8707d2835c xwayland: Do not keep the cursor's pixmap around
Currently, Xwayland creates a pixmap backed by shared memory buffer as
soon as an X11 cursor is realized, which is destroyed when the cursor is
eventually unrealized.

If an X11 client is leaking cursors, Xwayland will be creating new
pixmaps continuously, which will eventually cause an error once the
limit is reached, and get Xwayland killed.

However, we do not need the shared memory buffer to stay around, we
already have the buffer retention mechanism which will take care of
keeping the buffer around until the Wayland compositor is done with it,
so we could just create and destroy the pixmap as needed when setting
the cursor.

That would not fix the leak in the X11 application, yet that would
mitigate the risk of Xwayland being killed by reaching the shared memory
limits, until the client itself reaches the limit of X11 resources.
