Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 2c9d6243bb (submit/hotplug.h) include: move out private definitions from hotplug.h 
Public server module API shouldn't be clobbered with private definitions,
thus move them out to private header.

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 16a3790d60 xfree86: os-support: move unexported stuff out of xf86_OSproc.h 
It's cleaner to have public headers only holding public stuff and
xf86_os_support seems to be much more appropriate place for this.

Austin Shafer 5468123822 Add DRM platform for BSD 
This moves lnx_platform.c to the shared directory and adds it to
the BSD build. This is needed for PRIME render offload.
