Ben Byer 154fb6417e Initial support for Spaces -- if you use Expose to drag an X11 
window to another Space, it will work correctly (as opposed
to just leaving a ghost window).  We accomplish this by listening
for the notification from Xplugin that our window has been moved,
and then we ask X11 to move the window to the new location.

Daniel Stone 292c4cff26 Fix includes right throughout the Xserver tree: 
change "foo.h" to <X11/foo.h> for core headers, e.g. X.h, Xpoll.h;
change "foo.h", "extensions/foo.h" and "X11/foo.h" to
    <X11/extensions/foo.h> for extension headers, e.g. Xv.h;
change "foo.[ch]" to <X11/Xtrans/foo.[ch]> for Xtrans files.

Torrey Lyons fa9847aeb9 Allow rootless implementations to override frame reordering. This is used 
on Mac OS X when genie-restoring from the Dock to ensure that the
    animation completes before drawing the frame.
