Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 59463b7a99 (submit/rename-panoramix-sym) rename old symbol PANORAMIX to XINERAMA 
PANORAMIX was the original working title of the extension, before it became
official standard. Just nobody cared about fixing the symbols to the official
naming.

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult ebabca56a4 consolidate MITSHM and HAS_SHM symbols 
Both symbols are set on exactly the same condition (build_mitshm),
so can be consolidated into one: MITSHM

Thierry Reding 0babe78ed5 meson: Generate xorg-server.h 
Some drivers (such as xf86-input-libinput) require the xorg-server.h to
build. Generate it and install it so that it can be used by users.
