xwin relies on mi_priv.h being included indirectly, thus depending
on exact include within other header files. This can easily break if
something in other headers slightly changes.

This proc vector is optional (callers check for non-null) and neither fb nor

Both engines, GDI as well as DirectDraw, using the same screen init finish function,
so no need to keep indirection via per-engine callback pointer.
The winFinishScreenInitFB() can also be made static now.

The pointer to the window properties is currently inside the WindowOptional
structure, which may or may not exist at any given time. Thus, before accessing
those fields, at least need to check whether it exists, potentially need to
create it first.
Since a pointer is small (in relation to WindowRec) and windows having properties
is a pretty common, we can make our life much simpler here by moving the pointer
directly into WindowRec, so we don't need extra WindowOptionalRec allocation.
This also fixes an analyzer warning on potential NULL dereference issue:

It really doesn't seem to be necessary to protect a LogVMessageVerb()
call by extra mutex on windows only, while obviously not needed on
any other platform.

Xwin's DestroyPixmap proc just free()s the PixmapRec directly, w/o catering
for devPrivate's, so leaving a memleak. The correct DIX function for this
is FreePixmap().

The symbol controls whether to include dix-config.h, and it's always set,
thus we don't need it (and dozens of ifdef's) anymore.
This commit only removes them from our own source files, where we can
guarantee that dix-config.h is present - leaving the (potentially exported)
headers untouched.

Several places using _X_ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF macro from X11/Xfuncproto.h
but missing to include it, so it depends on other headers whether it's
included by mere accident, which quickly causes trouble if include order
changes. Cleaning that up by adding explicit include statements.

Since we already had to rename some of them, in order to fix name clashes
on win32, it's now time to rename all the remaining ones.
The old ones are still present as define's to the new ones, just for
backwards compatibility.

This pointer allows a DDX to install it's own error print handler. It's really
only intended for DDXes, thus no need to have it exported to modules.

We've got three #define's that are all set at once, on enable_debugging.
A comment in meson.build already asks for consolidating them into one,
so just do it now.
