Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult ba7d036718 (submit/unexport-ddx-callbacks) os: unexport ddx callbacks 
The DDX callbacks (where core/DIX calls into DDX) aren't supposed to be
called by drivers directly, so unexport them.
