Reverted darwin/bundle/**/Credits.rtf to XFree86 versions to avoid
future conflicts on ASCII but not humal readable files. (There should
probably be separate CreditsXorg.rtf files) (Egbert Eich).
FatalError. These direct calls to exit(1) made it impossible to do
anything ddx-specific in these cases; note that most of these calls
occur during argument processing.
