The symbol controls whether to include dix-config.h, and it's always set,
thus we don't need it (and dozens of ifdef's) anymore.
This commit only removes them from our own source files, where we can
guarantee that dix-config.h is present - leaving the (potentially exported)
headers untouched.

The tests have inadvertent dependencies on each other so let's avoid
those by changing to a system that returns a null-terminated list of
test functions and our test runner iterates over those and forks off one
process per function.
This allows clients to add barriers that extend to the edge of the
screen. Clients are encouraged to use these instead of precise coordinates
in these cases to help prevent pointer leaks.

This is strictly the application of the script 'x-indent-all.sh'
from util/modular. Compared to the patch that Daniel posted in
January, I've added a few indent flags:
-bap
-psl
-T PrivatePtr
-T pmWait
-T _XFUNCPROTOBEGIN
-T _XFUNCPROTOEND
-T _X_EXPORT
The typedefs were needed to make the output of sdksyms.sh match the
previous output, otherwise, the code is formatted badly enough that
sdksyms.sh generates incorrect output.
The generated code was compared with the previous version and found to
be essentially identical -- "assert" line numbers and BUILD_TIME were
the only differences found.
The comparison was done with this script:

Implements pointer barriers as specified by version 5 of the XFIXES
protocol. Barriers are axis-aligned, zero-width lines that block pointer
movement for relative input devices. Barriers may block motion in either
the positive or negative direction, or both.
