Reduce the analyzer spam a bit by adding some extra asserts.
Since it's test code, we can't have enough of them anyways ;-)

The symbol controls whether to include dix-config.h, and it's always set,
thus we don't need it (and dozens of ifdef's) anymore.
This commit only removes them from our own source files, where we can
guarantee that dix-config.h is present - leaving the (potentially exported)
headers untouched.

The tests have inadvertent dependencies on each other so let's avoid
those by changing to a system that returns a null-terminated list of
test functions and our test runner iterates over those and forks off one
process per function.
Part of refactoring the tests into a single binary,
to make partial rebuild slightly faster and less verbose.
Prepares for joining test/xi2/protocol-* into a single binary.

For touch selection conflicts, we need to check not only if the mask is set
for the device, but if it is set for only that specific device (regardless
of XIAll*Devices)

This is strictly the application of the script 'x-indent-all.sh'
from util/modular. Compared to the patch that Daniel posted in
January, I've added a few indent flags:
-bap
-psl
-T PrivatePtr
-T pmWait
-T _XFUNCPROTOBEGIN
-T _XFUNCPROTOEND
-T _X_EXPORT
The typedefs were needed to make the output of sdksyms.sh match the
previous output, otherwise, the code is formatted badly enough that
sdksyms.sh generates incorrect output.
The generated code was compared with the previous version and found to
be essentially identical -- "assert" line numbers and BUILD_TIME were
the only differences found.
The comparison was done with this script:

The current XI2 mask handling is handy for copying (fixed size arrays) but a
pain to deal with otherwise. Add a struct for XI2 masks and the required
accessors.
