Adam Jackson 2e21c081d3 xfree86: Remove the memory of MTRR awareness ... pciaccess does this for us, and none of our internal hooks really remain. This does remove a cleanup pass from the BSD code, but the case it's covering (a previous server leaving MTRRs around) can't happen anymore.
