Aaron Plattner 15ca09904a Revert "mi: unexport miWindowExposures()" 
libwfb.so has a reference to this function:

 $ nm -D ./build.debug/hw/xfree86/dixmods/libwfb.so | grep miWindowExposures
                  U miWindowExposures

This reverts commit e424f49cdb.
