Mikhail Gusarov d306373399 Supply all code using dl*() with DLOPEN_LIBS ... Previously DLOPEN_LIBS was managed in top-level configure.ac. Instead bundle it with the code using dl*() functions to avoid breakages in uncommon configurations.
