Makefile.am: there are only 4 string substitutions to be done in this file. SED is much simpler than the C pre processor which adds its own strings which must be substituted by sed, still. xorgconf.cpp: replaced __xconfigfile__ with xorg.conf as this file name is hard coded in the xserver configuration and cannot change. Replace XCOMM with # permanently. Delete cpprules.in as it isn't used anywhere else. Should one need cpprules for real cpp work, there is one in Xquartz from which the the old man pages code have been stripped. Fix trailing spaces.
