Michel Dänzer 919f1f46fc xfree86: Take second reference for SavedCursor in xf86CursorSetCursor 
The same pointer is kept in CurrentCursor as well, therefore two
RefCursor calls are needed.

Fixes use-after-free after switching VTs.
